Athena’s Monthly Message for March, 2024

(We are gathered in a circle for the teaching this moon). Athena says, “Dear Ones, Allow this moon to be one of expansion. Allow yourself, from the inside out, to expand even further than you currently do. Allow your cells to expand, your breath to expand, your ribcage to expand, your lungs to expand. Allow this expansiveness from the inside out to enhance your posture. By allowing your posture to become straighter, stronger, and more expansive, you are sending a signal energetically that you are ready, that you are here, now, and that you are ready and willing to be seen. This moon calls for you to stand tall and proud in who you are, without shame, guilt, or apology. You are you, and you are here to love and be loved in return. And you are deeply loved, all of you. Be brave this moon, dear ones, and stand close and true to your values, to what you know to be true for you. This will look different for each of you, and so do not be seeking validation outside of yourself. You know you best. You know what you need, you know your capacity, you know your boundaries, and you know your heart. ‘Tis not the time to seek feedback from others on what might be best. You already know what is best. Trust yourself, trust your inner knowing, and do so without apology. The world needs you exactly as you are. As perfectly imperfect as you are. As true as you are. The world needs you to stand tall and proud in who you are, in all that you are, including the messy parts. For there will always be messy parts. Oh yes, dear one, they are not something that will magically disappear, or be transcended. They are part of you, part of your journey, and truly, they are to be celebrated. The messiness is part of what it means to be human, to be real, to be relatable to those you serve. The messy parts serve an important purpose, and they keep you growing, expanding, evolving. For which of you would choose not to continue to grow, expand, or evolve? (No one raises their hand) You are here for the messy as well as the beautiful. For truly, the beautiful is created out of the messy. You cannot know this in the moment, and yet you know this in your hearts to be true. And so, allow yourself to stand tall, to stand proud, to expand even more that you could even imagine, from the inside out, standing tall even through the messy parts. By doing so, you will be able to move with more ease, more grace, and you will be able to give that grace, to others, when you see them moving through their own messiness. It is a beautiful mess, as it is said. Be blessed, my dear ones.
