Hello sweet friends,

Myself and the children had been experiencing some healing symptoms (ie: a cold) for the whole month of November. I am grateful to report that the symptoms have subsided and we are almost good as new! November usually tends to be the most difficult month for myself, as I am coming to terms with the darkness and the colder weather. Now that December has arrived I am feeling much more comfortable.

In November my mom visited. She showed me how to make bread, and so I have been experimenting with different flours. I have found that light spelt flour is about a 1:1 substitute for all purpose wheat flour, but that whole grain spelt flour makes the bread quite dense.

Also in November we had two large family gatherings, one at my place while my mom was here, and one at my cousin’s place to see some cousins from Kamloops. They have a 5 year old daughter who we met for the first time, and the two girls enjoyed each other’s company immensely. It was a joy to witness.

I’ve also been continuing to delve into Hamer’s Germanic Healing Framework as understood by Yolande Norris Clark, and I continue to have massive breakthroughs in my own personal psychological and spiritual development. Alongside this learning, I’ve been supported by Nicole Pemberton of The Goddess Moves through her Amplified Alchemy sessions. Both of these together have resulted in some massive breakthroughs and transmutations.
