Welcome November: Ancestors, Cacao, Athena's Monthly Message

Hello sweet friends,

Welcome to November. The days are getting shorter and the energy of fall is intensifying, bringing us closer and closer to cocooning and winter. This fall has been absolutely stunning. The weather has been divine, and the colours; magnificent to behold. I am grateful to the trees, the plants, the elements, and the animals for holding me steady this moon.

We had a beautiful White Pine Ceremony and Tincture making workshop last month. We gathered around the fire to connect with the spirit of the white pine, and make potent medicines together. I hope to offer more workshops like this one, focusing on different plants/herbs/trees. If there is a plant you’d like to work with in this way, please reach out and let me know.

This month I’m so excited to be offering two separate events. The first is an Ancestral Fire Ceremony on November 2nd (tomorrow!) where we will be celebrating and honouring our ancestors, and connecting with them for healing and any messages they wish to share with us. The second event is a Cacao & Sacred Movement Ceremony on November 30th, where we we will connect with the spirit and medicine of Cacao. As the medicine moves through our body and opens our hearts we will journey with it through intuitive movement and sound.

• Athena’s Monthly message for November 2024 - Such a potent and important message this month, be sure to check it out.

• Ancestral Fire Ceremony - November 2nd, 3-5pm. This will be a beautiful ceremony to celebrate and honour the ancestors.

• Cacao & Sacred Movement Ceremony - November 30th, 2-4pm. Connect deeply with your body and your heart through the medicine of cacao, movement, and a special sound bath.

• Tinctures, Teas, and Cacao - I still have lots of teas, tinctures, and cacao available for sale. Reach out if you want/need any! I have some new tinctures brewing that will be available early December (Mullein, Chaga, Burdock Root, Dandelion Leaf). And I still have some White Pine needle, Echinacea & Elderberry, Black Walnut, Lemonbalm, & fresh Motherwort available. For teas I have a cold and flu blend, a healthy lungs blend, and white pine needle available.

• 1:1 Intuition Services - I offer 60 Minute Channeling Sessions, 120 Minute Past Life Regression Sessions, and Medical Intuition Sessions, as well as mini sessions. Check out the link for more details and reach out if you have any questions.

• FREE 25 Hour Intuition Course - Until the end of December, my intuition teacher, Lori Wilson is offering her Foundation level Intuition course for free.
