January 2024 Newsletter

Hello sweet friends,

Happy 2024! I hope this year brings many blessings for you.

There is a lightness in my step this year. 2024 is feeling exciting and full of possibilities. I’m feeling inspired and creative ideas are flowing. January has started with a bang and I’m excited to share with you what I have planned for February.

In the past month:

• The kids and I spent the month of December decorating our Christmas tree with handmade crafts. We ended up making quite a few clay ornaments, a paper garland, a popcorn garland, some clove clementines, and some hanging cinnamon sticks and pine cones.

• I participated (as a vendor) in my first ever Christmas Market, where I sold my teas, tinctures, and cacao. This was a fun and humbling experience. Thank you to those of you who visited me at my booth!

• I co-hosted a Winter Solstice Fire Ceremony with my dear friend Roxana. It was a rainy evening and despite the weather 14 beautiful souls showed up to honour the darkness and welcome back the light.

• I finished SHE, the yoni steaming course I was taking with Sarah Kune (aka @sacralsteam). It was a very wonderful soul-filled course filled with much ancient knowledge. I hope to incorporate yoni steaming into my business at some point. At this point I’m unsure of how, or when, but it’s on my radar.

• I finished my Amplified Alchemy sessions with Nicole Pemberton of The Goddess Moves which were so soul-nurturing and wonderful.

• My family and I travelled to New Brunswick on Christmas day, and spent 10 days soaking up the East Coast vibes and visiting with friends and family.

• We celebrated my dad’s 70th birthday with bowling and tacos.

• I had some necessary and candid conversations around money and finance with my family, which were so, so liberating. Historically, I have had a pattern of fear and contraction and very large emotions whenever money is concerned. Just by having these conversations, as difficult as they were for me, I think this is where much of the lightness I am now feeling is coming from.

Gosh, after writing that it seems December was fairly busy! It was definitely manageable though, as I prioritize balance in my life.
